Look, it's not up to either of you to suggest who gets banned. Both of you need to stop acting childish and learn to just scroll on. At this time, I won't ban anyone. But if this juvenile behavior continues, there will be bans.
Now I've seen both of you contribute useful information and comments in discussions. How about you two try to stick to that?

Nearly everything pouring from his mouth is political, usually some Biden insult.
And he will respond to this post with a personal insult just like he did last time, with "get bent" or some other put-down, and too many other responses to count.
Ban this guy. Many of us are sick of him.
