No Simon, like it or not - that's just the way it is. And I can't wait until this tariff crap gets straightened out either. One way or another.

I don't agree with too many of the lower court's rulings. Seems they have an agenda. They reflect the the POV of which ever POTUS installed them. And the Supreme Court doesn't always get it right either. The judge that Biden installed is a perfect example of that. Just a DEI hire. Thank God he only installed one. Previous Message
Doesn't make it Constitutional. Our system says the final decision on that is left to the Supreme Court of the United States. However if you agree with the lower court ruling, we say see that just shows the system is messed up and Trump/Biden is the problem. If you agree with the SCOTUS decision you of course say, see, I told you the lower court ruling was unconstitutional! Previous Message
And will likely get overturned by the SCOTUS. As they seem to be doing with about all of these lower court rulings. A few of you don't like me for saying that, but it's the truth. Previous Message
