I would agree with Dave, Richard’s kits are superb. The Yorktown is on my purchase list. Big. Thank you Richard for producingbthis kit.

I just want to say that for anyone who hasn't had the pleasure of building one of Richard's 1/700 kits yet, they are gems. I'm currently working on his USS Arkansas and have USS Oklahoma on deck. Strongly recommend.

These two 1/700 scale, waterline cast resin and 3d printed kits are now finally available on the Tom's Modelworks website. Both are in their 1940 to early 1941 fit when they had mahogany decks and colorful aircraft. Accurate islands designed by Model Monkey and SBC, F3F, BT-1, TBD and even J2F aircraft are included. Complete instructions, decals and brass... everything you need.
My wife complained that all my ship models looked alike. These are at least a little colorful!
