I was able to purchase mine through Squadron a little over a month ago. Paid more than what was.the original pre-order price but I expected that and I really wanted this oddball kit.
I also got my Black Cat Models Evarts kit just in time before the postal halts. Very nicely done kit.

I received my Hobby Boss 1/350th HMS Lord Clive this morning from the UK retailer Jadlam.
So at least some countries are receiving the new Chinese made models.
