I think that these are two different issues on Modelwarships:

a) the updates are made by someone, who apparently has much less time (or motivation) to upload new articles
b) the "Ship Model Forum" runs on a server, which is likely too slow, therefore these 503 errors (the software of the forum is also very outdated)
