From the Kitlinx email newsletter received today:

"Our European supplier has STOPPED all orders going out to US customers. This is followed by most international supply chain (Australia, Hong Kong, New Zealand, mainland Europe). The US Postal Service is not accepting packages until the tariff rates are published and suppliers know how it is applied to each order, and collected by US Customs."
