And I have read the same thing elsewhere. I think the limit is gifts up to $250 value, but am not certain. You can find the amount if you search.

As always,make a huge mess ans leave it to others to clean up. Trouble is that this will end up destroying peoples livelyhoods. What about packages with items sent to freinds that are not purchased?
Or treats for Boris my Cat?
