When an international customer buys from us through eBay, we ship the package to the eBay international shipping facility in Illinois, USA, not to the customer.

eBay then takes over, relabels the package, handles any customs forms, and ships the package to the customer via one or more of its international shipping partners.

In theory, the customer will have paid eBay for any and all taxes, fees, or tariffs at the time of purchase.
