Sam Kerns is a young man who aspired to join the Army National Guard, very enthusiastically so. Sam comes across as everybody's kid brother. He's been posting about his dream on Tiktok and has gained a small following who cheer him on. This past year, Sam fulfilled that dream and joined the Guard. This summer is his first annual training.

The annual training OPFOR team, aware of his Tiktok posts, had fun with him and taunted him ahead of training stating that they were going to capture him during summer training in their own Tiktoc posts.

A couple of days ago, the OPFOR posted on Tiktoc that they had successfully captured young Kerns showing Kerns with his wrists zip tied but smiling. The video responses have been hysterically funny and have gone viral. Some of the funniest response videos are coming from veterans and other servicemembers who appreciate Kerns' enthusiasm. The general theme is that vets are going to rescue Kerns from the OPFOR.

No doubt, Kerns' family are seeing these hysterical responses and one can only imagine their reaction.
