I have not built it, but my research leads me to believe the best of not good options is the Samek hull with lots of 3D replacement parts.
If you want something much more satisfying, I strongly recommend the Toms Modelworks Oklahoma and Nevada kits.

I built the old MiniHobbyModels kit a long time ago. It sucked.
Are there any other choices now? Or am I stuck with that kit and more 3d printed parts to fix it's issues.
I've seen a Samek kit, MidshipModels, and the Dragon offering. Any others??
Lower hull doesn't matter, I prefer waterline.
