Hobbyboss has a 1/700 Arizona 1941 era and you have the option of full hull on a base or water line.
Compared to other waterlined kits it doesnt have
the flat hull shaped waterline plate.
Haven't built it,looks nice in the box. Perhaps someone else has built it can provide more on it.

I built the old MiniHobbyModels kit a long time ago. It sucked.
Are there any other choices now? Or am I stuck with that kit and more 3d printed parts to fix it's issues.
I've seen a Samek kit, MidshipModels, and the Dragon offering. Any others??
Lower hull doesn't matter, I prefer waterline.
