The confirmation of my order told me expected delivery was July 21, and their site indicated it took one to two weeks to make an order and prepare it for shipment. On July 15th, I messaged them and pointed out two weeks had long passed, the expected delivery date was rapidly coming, I didn't think they would arrive on time, and wondered if my order had been lost in the system. Their reply was that my order was in the works, and they were training a new person, which had slowed everything down, and my order would ship "ASAP." This past Saturday, I got an email that my order had just shipped.
10 minutes later, a second email from them, but from a different email address indicated my order was "fulfilled," but only listed three of the four items I had ordered as being fulfilled. The original email plainly stated all four items had shipped.
I immediately replied to both emails with my confusion, and asking for clarification. No reply that Saturday. Nothing Sunday, but none expected. No reply Monday, though. So I emailed again, more annoyed. Got an apology, and was told their records showed all four items were shipped, and they had no idea why the second email indicated otherwise. My theory is the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing in this company. The email that was plainly from the manufacturer, was the one that claimed all four items. The second email looks to be some sort of separate "fulfillment center," and they fired off an erroneous message.
Tracking tells me delivery is expected tomorrow. Tracking also tells me the thing still has not left Tennessee, where their manufacturing plant is. I am not holding my breath for delivery tomorrow.
Oh, the suspense! Will Ralph receive his package on Thursday? Will the package have his entire order, or be missing an item? Will the days of simple, straightforward business transactions ever return? Which cow gives chocolate milk? And, what about Colonel Mustard in the den with a knife??? Cue dramatic music...
For the answers to these, and other questions, tune in to a frequency range that dogs can hear. The answers lie there, I am pretty sure.

Thank you, Ralph for the link. I tried to attach the link without success. BTW I have placed my order for 1/700 CMV-22 and THAAD and will see if the quality are as good as Shapeways. Previous Message
Hi Mario, JLing. Here's a link I came up with:
http://www.trumpeter-china.com/index.php?g=home&m=article&a=show&id=312&l=en
It's just a general announcement, not detailed, but "official source." Previous Message
Hope this link would work. Previous Message
Is there a link 'JLing'???
Thanks for the heads up.

Finally spotted a new 1/700 release (September) from Trumpeter, the HMS QE carrier. Anyone know if the kit is waterline or full hull? Hope it contains both versions.
