For me the problem arises from time to time using Safari. Using Chome on my IPad it always works. No problem either on PC using both Edge and Chrome.

After being accessible for a week or so using the link posted by Punter (http://www.modelwarships.com/index1.html), the problem has returned! Now I get this message:
Not Found
The requested URL /index1.html was not found on this server.
Apache/1.3.42 Ben-SSL/1.60 Server at default.page Port 443
