The Wyoming and New York classes were both "flush-deck" designs. This photo shows Texas in MS-22. Note the distinctive demarcation line on the hull. https://www.navsource.net/archives/01/013571b.jpg
Here is Arkansas about 6 weeks after D-Day, and a month before she returned to the states for overhaul. https://navsource.net/archives/01/033/013344d.jpg

From shipcamouflage.com the listed confirmed camo for USS Arkansas BB-33 in 1944 was Measure 21.
The picture from navsource in Feb 1944, looks almost like measure 22??
Being that during D-Day, Nevada & Texas were painted in measure 22, are the odds are that she was painted the same as all the other USN BB's???
