I have the same problem with my iphone 13 with ios 18.5 as well as my new ipad with ios 18.5. However, I have no problem with my old windows desktop. So, this seems to be something with Safari not liking the site for security reasons.

I’m using the latest version of Safari on a brand new iPhone 16 Plus, iOS 18.5. Perhaps ModelWarships.com is too old for the phone.
