Sad to tell you this - but Japanese kit makers do not care about you, or your problems with their kit, unless you’re in/from Japan. Hasegawa has explicit language in its instructions that parts ordering is for Japanese customers only. Fujimi’s website is unclear on this, but I suspect it to be true there as well .

They expect you to deal with whoever your importer is. I’m not even sure Fujimi has one, but Stevens International carries the Fujimi brand in the US. Maybe they can help, but be aware - I know they have told people to go pound sand in regards to Hasegawa products, if you couldn’t prove they were the importer to their satisfaction, and that you purchased it from an authorized reseller. Good luck, but I expect your search is going to be futile. If the kit came off of eBay from some miscellaneous seller, Stevens won’t help, either.
