I recently rescued a Revell Germany 1/72 Type VIIC/41 U-boat from a dumpster. Upon opening the box, I saw why it was in there. The starboard (right) half of the hull was missing. All the other parts were there. I emailed Revell customer service and they could not provide the part.

So, does anyone know of a source for parts of this magnitude? Or does anyone have an incomplete or partially built kit they are willing to sell?

Not quite desperate, but unless I can find a hull piece, the kit may end up back in the dumpster.
