Did the British R-Class battleships have bilge keels in 1917?
The outboard profile of "Resolution 1916" on pages 304/05 in Burt's book "British Battleships of World War One" (new revised edition) shows a bilge keel, but the "sections 1917" on page 310 of this book don't.
My special interest is for Ramillies which was built with torpedo bulges. So I wonder if she didn't have bilge keels.
