The distance, according to the plans, is correct on the pattern. However, the barrels in the original issue were not the correct length. With the new issue, the printed barrels are the correct length (and diameter), and don't run into the aft superstructure.

On the HMS Orion kit, did you move the rear bridge structure a few mm further aft so that the center turret can rotate without its gun barrels impacting it? Previous Message
Hi Everyone,
Iron Shipwrights has re-released three kits. These are the HMS Bellerophon, HMS Agincourt, and HMS Orion. These kits now utilize 3D printing for all the parts except the cast hull. Also, with the use of 3D printing, the photoetch that used to be required is no longer necessary, with those pieces integrated into the 3D parts. All that's now used are generic railings and vertical ladders (inclined ladders are also printed). The kits are now available at Iron Shipwrights website.
As for HMS Canada, that needs a new mold for the hull, so I'm hoping to have that one back for sale in the next couple of months.
