and it really annoyed me so I sent them an email to find out what the status of my order was.
Initially they told me my order has shipped in mid April (which I never received any kind of shipping notice or tracking number), then a second email saying my order would ship today, then a third email with a shipping notice and a UPS tracking number.
This was all at 10 PM EST.
Squeaky Wheel Syndrome, I suppose. Or they thought they had shipped my order and actually hadn't.
Either way, I'm not sure I will ever order anything from them again.

I received my 3D Wild Wasp two weeks ago. I have ordered and received their Ryujo, Oyodo, Queen Mary and Wasp. Their products are excellent. They are reliable but very slow.
