If you're referring exclusively to 1/700 scale, all Flyhawk kits come with optional lower hull for a full-hull kit. BTW, Flyhawk kits are excellent! Previous Message
Dave is correct. The Meng Snap together HMS Nelson comes with a separate lower hull. All you need to do is find someone who has built her waterline.

I think one of the Chinese manufacturers (perhaps Meng?) makes a full-hull 1/700 plastic kit of HMS Rodney. Previous Message
I am a “full hull” guy. Warships in drydock showing their props and rudder(s). The Iowas and Bismarck are easy to find online obviously, same for the Nimitz and Essex class carriers, but I have yet to see Nelson/Rodney or Warspite. Or Littorio class. Let alone Richelieu/Dunkerqe.
