Good video about how these leaders are considering the present situation. Unfortunately, they are avoiding one critical decision they all made. They all offshored production to save money thinking that this would never happen. Now, they regret that decision, but instead of taking responsibility for that decision, they're going to pass the blame off onto something else. Maybe they all should have got together and created a production nexus of their own, and all of them accept the increased cost, instead of kicking the can down the road to where we are now. One of the big telltales of this is the statement that this level of detail was unavailable here. I know plenty of model railroad guys, and any of them would have willingly volunteered their time and energy to helping them. There were plenty of people knowledgeable of the technology and skilled in design when they offshored their production, so that's just an excuse for not incurring expenses at that time. I agree that hindsight is 20/20, but this is a video trying to point fingers at something else, and ignoring the three fingers pointed back at themselves. Decisions have consequences, and that's what they're dealing with now.
