You did fine.
All James is pointing out is that there was a recent discovery (within perhaps the past 5 years, maybe?) regarding colours of WWII RN paints which changed the "official" way they are now represented. Some of the colors have been changed to match this new material which was discovered about their colors. (While I do know zero about RN colours, I remember browsing through the discussion when it was presented here. The details of it, I never bothered to grasp. I just know "things changed.")
So, what he is saying is that because this chart is old, it gives mixes to match the colors which were previously thought correct. It does not give mixes which make the new colors reached from the newly discovered information. It entirely does answer the original question, however. Just with outdated info, which certainly is not your fault. Like I said, you did fine. James is only pointing out that things are now changed. Just note for the future that this chart is outdated now. No problem. Previous Message
Yes this link is old but according to the request
he asked for mixing Polly Scale paints to make the RN colors. The Polly Scale never had any Royal Navy ship colors. It had USN WW2 ship colors. Everything else was armor and aircraft for countries like US,UK,Germany,France,Japan ,Israel,Russia , and Austrailia. I answered the request as per request.
It going to be up to the guy who asked try these or go buy from other manufacturers who have RN WW2 paint colors.

This link is quite old and attempts to give equivalence to long-surpassed understanding of Royal Navy WWII paint colours. Previous Message
The link you want to provide is this:
http://smmlonline.com/articles/royal_navy_paints.html
Note how this differs from what you typed. All the details are important. If the URL is not exact, it will not function.
You typed, https The correct URL begins http...no "s".
At the end comes, .html First, you left out dot, and just ran it together...paintshtml
Your second one put a space...paints html No dot.
You also put a space after the underline after royal. The correct way is royal_navy, not royal_ navy
Compare directly:

https://smmlonline.com/articles/royal_ navy_paints html
See the differences?
It must be exact to work. I applaud your efforts to provide links, and hope to be helping. I think you are trying to laboriously type out each link. What you really need to learn is how to cut/paste. Is there someone you know who knows computers who could show you how to do that? Once you learn it, you should almost never have trouble providing links in the future.
Thank you for this link, and best of luck to you in future. Keep trying! Practice makes perfect. Previous Message

Just wondering if anyone has any color/mix recommendations for using Pollyscale acrylics for various WW2 Royal Navy colors such as AP507A/B and AP507C ?
Thanks in advance!!
