When I was a kid I tried heating a butter knife. results less than optimal.

I built a lot of 1/600 Airfix kits and waterlined all of them, even the ones without a guide line. I used Dymo label tape as a guide and did the cut with a Tamiya scriber and a fine saw. Bottom always closed with styrene. Please see my Moskva. Regards. Previous Message

Recently on YouTube I watched a guy build the old Airfix Moscow kit and it showed how you could water line this old kit.So my question is how kits after the Moscow kit came out(1969-71?) by Airfix were
waterline possible. I just remember they seem full
hull kits.Anyone know.
