3D printing for scale models has become so proliferate recently that from simply eyeing a manufacturer's offerings from photos supplied I think it is obvious quality control is not a great concern, and which then is a concern! Email these photos back and demand a full refund and if they refuse name them here and elsewhere online for at least caveat emptor with an undeniable example as proof (and let them know that is what you will do). I can't think of any other way of making this (becoming) poor end product 3D industry take responsibility for quality, and thanks for the exposure.

I have HP Models resin kit of Pinguin and I know it is hard to find but that is the model you want, very nice. Seek, one'll show up.
