I received a Thrasher hull when I ordered their Cachalot kit. The printing is well done, as is all their other kits, but the hull is printed hollow. Because of this, the uncured resin inside the hull (you can't clean the inside of a solid shell print...) had degassed itself, and ruptured the hull. I received a box full of uncured resin all over the part bags, bubble wrap, and the insides of the box. They replaced the Cachalot kit with the proper parts after sending them photos of the mistake, but have alcohol on hand to clean up any ruptures.
