after the kindergarden shouting display at the white house,?????? you really think anyone is going to deal with trump, NORWAY has put a boycot on fuel supplies to US forces, Finland iS on putins "want list" along with the Baltic states and Poland after UKRAINE., and they are going to help putins toyboy! looks like the half way done 14 year build is the only one in town, and compared with Russia that is at best a mid size breaker.

Finland builds icebreakers and has a lot of expertise - and there is a US agreement with Finland and Canada to build icebreakers:

In contrast, what Trump claims this is not an agreement for the US to pay for Canadian icebreakers, but an exchange of experience and cooperation in development (with two countries that have more experience in building icebreakers than the US).
