To be honest, they look more like refueling hoses to me. Even the bow and stern ones could be for forward or aft refueling. The diameters seem too thick for fire fighting and there are no attachments like nozzles in the vicinity. I can't remember ever seeing anything on plans or in photos that specifically mentioned
fire mains or hoses. I will be interested to see what you find.
