You didn't say you had already complained, and he's not a troll. Far from it.

You have to complain at the dealer and ask for the missing parts.
It does not help you to complain here. The usual people will also complain about SSModel, but you still lack most of the parts.
I got replacements - but in one case had to ask even twice for them (got two shipments).
