The few kits I bought from them were generally fine,, with some more accurate than others. The submarine kits had almost nothing to actually build, just glue on 4-5 parts and then paint.
I don’t do much in 1/700 (aging eyes) and have been very happy with the new 1/350 additions to the Iron Shipwrights submarine line. Jon has switched over to 3-D printing of parts as well. One nice feature is he includes several copies of the smaller, more delicate piece on the printer tray.
Full disclosure: I have provided drawings and photos to Jon of various submarines he is producing.

I exchanged e-mails with OKB about their submarine offerings. I learned they are now 3D printing parts to their models . What they offer on website or on E-Bay is the end . No more new classes or variations. Claims no money in the market to make it worth while. And so it goes.
