I did not vote for this current president nor support his party.
You know the next 'catch- you-breath' announcement from him is going to be, giving the UN thirty days to return to the reason it was created or hence-forth be evicted from their prime East River site. I hope he let's them know that in its current form it is a total failure, something that the American people are no longer willing to lavishly finance and a waste of everyone's money.
I think he should argue America has hogged the limelite too long, and beautiful, beautiful places around the world such as Kinshasa, Alma Ata, Baghdad, Kanos Vientienne and wait for it...his old mate's capital, Pyonyang! (Secretly I'm hoping Taipae).
Ya reckon that'd change the subject, whatever that is at the mo'? Of course it would which is why right now we are living in exciting times.
I think you guys who have this deep seated hatred at present should be aware that this probably means you're kind of locked in to the following 12 years of this side of politics, and to hold a mullahs grudge is not too healthy for that length of time, and, according to the last 'roll call', virtually every one here's pushing it.

...FDR in '36, Johnson in '64, Reagan in '84 had landslides. 60-plus percent of the popular vote, huge margins in the electoral college. In '84 Reagan scored a near-shutout in the electoral college-well over 500 some votes. THAT was impressive. 49.8% isn't impressive. You questioning accepted sources or denigrating well-known facts is standard MO for Trump and his people. Him SAYING he had a landside or a huge mandate doesn't make it so. There are tens of millions of people who watched the riot on January 6, 2021 and then decided to trust Trump's mouth over their lying eyes. Remember Sean Spicer's claims that Trump's first inaugural attendance was bigger than the "I have a Dream" speech? A lie. Trump repeating the claim ad infinitum? Believing becomes the path of least resistance.
Why did Trump win? I certainly don't know. His distaste for facts while campaigning serves him well. We no longer have to fact-check him. If he says something we know with a high degree of certainty it's a lie. He repeatedly claimed that crime was up 45%.Totally false. That 'illegal' Haitian immigrants (who were in Springfield, Ohio legally) were eating domestic pets. That's an absolute lie. It hurt the citizens of that largely Republican town. I wish I knew. HL Mencken knew what he was talking about when he said "In a democracy, people get the kind of government they deserve" If you want to dispute the facts I've presented from the internet You could could use the same internet to disprove them. After reading your post and the very similar by Lon Cray above, if what both of you write is even remotely true why did this president not only win in an electoral college landslide, but also the popular vote and his party winning both houses of congress?
I don't understand, are you able to shed any light on the fact that in a free and fair democratic election, and even when fraudulently accused, tried and convicted of rubbish - but still convicted!, the overwhelming majority of not only everybody but also seemingly everything, voted the incumbent, who was then responsible for economic and or social prosperity and stability as you state, out, and this person and his mob, in. Why, why!
Please briefly explain how the almost entire nation got it wrong and seemingly the majority of the Steelnavy board gets it right ( if you you go through all the posts). I'm not trolling, I think many of us world wide are genuinley curious.
You say your refs are the internet, these internet sites ( or site) are not funded or connected in anyway to US AID are they? If so as it turns out they are probably bias and should not be taken at face value.

What, exactly, was it that you disliked about the previous administration? Was it the seven and a half TRILLION dollar growth in the GDP? Was it the 22.5% decrease in violent crime, or the decrease in crime of every category? The post-pandemic drop in unemployment from 8+% down to 4%? Or the drop in inflation from a pandemic-fueled 7% down to 2.9%? Still to high, but certainly manageable.
Which of these disasters troubles you most?
