One difference is that in 1939 the Valiant had a catapult and seaplane amidship and they were removed in 1943.

Hi Everyone,
Just wondering if anyone can break down any major differences between the Valiant in 1939 to 1944 and what mods would be necessary.
Checked my references and really don't have a clear viewpoint in the photos/images I have. Can't see a significant difference besides the light AA arrangement. Any info would be much appreciated.
