I'm really sorry to hear you have got problems with your orders.
You are not the only one to have communications issues. I've asked my web platform were to problem could be and the only respons I got is the fact that some email servers block gmail adresses and of course my web platform can do nothing against it.
Indeed, my professional email adress works as an alias with an gmail adress, and of course my web platform can do nothing against. I've noticed on my website to contact me via messenger if you dont have any respons within 48 hours. I definitely going to change my email adress and hope it will resolve the communicatin issues. Now, I've solved the the transit problems (better tape). I'll send you the destroyed items as soon as possible.
