I've been a regular customer of Swordfish for a year or more. In two previous orders, there were errors involving wrong items sent. Both times I suggested to Philippe that he correct the problem with my next order and he did so. My last order was for his detail set for Marseillaise, as well as the Loire 130's. The Loires were sent in the usual plastic package, but since there was no double sided tape to secure the prints, they were destroyed in transit. The same for the stacks, no tape, just rattling around inside the package. All the delicate piping and grill work destroyed. There were also egregious print lines on the stack.

This was almost 2 months ago. I have sent 4 e-mails to Philippe over that time, asking for him to rectify the problem. All of them were ignored.

I am always patient with my vendors. I was patient with my last L'Arsenal order, even though it was several months overdue, because Melaine explained the reason. The set arrived and I was perfectly satisfied.

So I hate to do this but I'm left with no other recourse but to warn folks here and at the other site to Beware!
