E.g. Admiral Gorshkov class frigates: 11-12 years per ship. The Admiral Grigorovich - only built because of the delays with the Admiral Gorshkov class - took also 5-7 years, but only 3 ships were completed, because for the other 3 there are no gas turbines and therefore they had to be sold to other navies.
Arktika class icebreakers: 4-7 years per ship
Russia has cancelled all larger warships design (e.g. the Leader class) and focus now mostly on corvettes and light frigates. There are significant delays, e.g. in the building of the Karakurt class corvettes.
They sometimes complete 3 ships per year, but for each ship the building times are dramatically longer.
