I can not speak of joining 1/350 hull portions together but I use white glue. I use it for 3D parts to adhere to mold injected and resin. I usually put a dab out and wait for the air to thicken it. I then apply it with micro brush. It drys clear, shrinks little and errors clean up with a dab of water. I find it is also a good seam filler for very minor seams. I use it to adhere to just about everything except styrene to styrene which I still use Testors glue.

Superglue clearly works on these parts but I wonder what the best way to join segmented hull sections together. Superglue joints seem too "brittle" to be a lasting joint. Advice desired.
Also, I would guess the parts need to be washed. Should I use dish soap or something more exotic?
I have a 1/350 scale HMS Iron Duke to build. It looks great.
