"The components of the LCS MCM mission module were not originally designed to be loaded into the 30,000 square feet of mission bay space and shortcomings have been encountered in balancing the space between 11 meter CUSVs, four or five 12-foot CONEX boxes, a lift system for the CUSVs, and an independent berthing box for the operators of the MCM suite."
And this is on the bigger Independence class (which were originally intended to carry a "spare" module while deploying a second one back when they were going to be swappable.) The Mk 70 system is talking about three 40-foot shipping containers, plus additional equipment for their operation. (An Army Typhon battery of these is four of the launchers, plus a trailer of equal dimensions to the launcher with the crew positions, plus some additional further gear.) So, I am no expert, but I think the "safe bet" is that the answer to your question is No. Even if they somehow fit in the bay, moving them to the flight deck to deploy would require even more gear to be carried.
I read in another article that it is currently taking 3 days to set this system up, and a day to remove it. They think they can get that down to one day to set up, with another to remove. Del Torro's remarks aside, the idea seems to be that this system will be provided and deployed when wanted, while the rest of the time the ships will not have it.
Very cool model kit, thank you! I have found a resin 1/700 Army Typhon missile battery of these. (Half-battery, actually. Two launchers and the support trailer.) Have considered the idea of getting it, and cutting off the trailers to get just the launcher. Probably won't, but it's nice to play with the thought. Nice to see this kit provides just launchers (but they're PE, which doesn't interest me specifically. It is great to see that it's there for those who do want to get into this.)
The Army battery:

I think I will wait to see if the full upgrade will be executed.
Could these Mk 70 launchers be stored in the mission bay and transported from there on the flight deck?
There is a 1/700 kit including Mk 70 launchers of the MUSV Ranger :
