As Frank says, the website says to expect delays.
I ordered a Downes, and while it took a while - can't remember exactly how long - I did receive it a little while ago, and was very pleased with the kit.
While I was waiting, I communicated with Matt, who was very responsive and helpful.
Would order again without a doubt.

The website says allow 5 weeks for printing and shipping. However, since he was closed for nearly 5 months and just reopened on October 1, I believe he has a number of orders to fill and has had some printing issues with some of the items he is doing for Model Fun Shipyard and maybe a few issues with his new Alywin and Mahan kits. His area of Portland, Oregon was also hit with a massive storm a week or two before Thanksgiving. I have two orders to him from early October I am waiting on. He let me know a couple of weeks ago that he was catching up and solving the print issues and should be getting orders out soon. It may take a while, but Matt always comes through with excellent prints. Previous Message
