Well, I was actually thinking things like "SLA with standard resin," or "FFF with PLA," but this does indeed indirectly give me that.
SLA with high speed resin. Thank you.
I know Shapeways had multiple types and materials, but I found that the two that most commonly applied to me/my hobby were SLS with PA-12, or material jetting with acrylic photopolymer. I learned early on that this sort of thing greatly affected what I received, so to take note of it. Since they went away, I recently gave myself a rather quick, basic "crash tutorial" in what-all is available. You know the saying..."A little bit of knowledge is a dangerous thing." Well, I have a little bit, and nothing more. I am a huge hazard to myself at this stage. But, it influences my purchasing decisions nonetheless, and I learn more as I buy items made different ways from different materials.
Thank you very kindly for your response, and so quickly. Not, unfortunately, going to guarantee you a sale at this exact moment, but I have one very strongly under consideration, and this has gone a long way in a positive direction in my decision process. Greatly appreciated.
Shapeways was a large company with multiple types of printers. I use 12000 dpi laser resin printers. The resin I currently use is the Anycubic High Speed Resin which prints in grey.
I hope that answers your question.
When you were on Shapeways, they determined materials and print processes used. If I may inquire, what print process and material(s) you do your printing with, please? Did not find it on your site.
Many thanks.
