because if it was then we would not be able to post here. pretty certain it is a software or hardware issue to do with the host site.

I posted some information previously but it was very vague as I don't have any firm information, but I'm going to make a more firm answer here and hope I'm wrong.
I believe that the main SteelNavy.net site is dead due to lack of payment to the company that hosts the site. Your guess is as good as mine as to why this is the case.
