Following on what Bill found, D.K.Brown also talks about Nemesis in his "Before the Ironclad", Conway Maritime Press, 1990, pp74-79. While not offering a plan, he does give a "Structural [cross] section" (as well as a modern painting of her). This certainly not enough to build a model, but if you're interested let me know and I can get you a scan.

A couple of other options, citations from Wikipedia:
Conway’s Warship 2 has an article on the ship written by DK Brown, a highly published naval engineer. This article may include drawings.
Brown, David K (1978). "Nemesis The First Iron Warship". Warship. 2. Conway Maritime Press: 283–285.
The British library also appears to hold information on the ship. Their website was down when I tried to check their catalog. But worth a look later.

Unfortunately, there is no plan of the iron warship Nemesis on rmg.co.uk.
There are many paintings of her, but only plans of the frigate Nemesis (1780, Enterprise class) you mentioned and the frigate Nemesis (1826) of the Druid class (which was in commission).
