Since this has happened before, when I saw this initially yesterday, I did a little digging. The error I get is that steelnavy.net can't be found. That means when my computer reaches out and asks, "what is the internet address for steelnavy.net?" It's essentially getting a ":: shrug:: I dunno" in response.
This query and response is handled by a DNS (Domain Name System) server, which is generally either the company a website owner pays to register and reserve the domain name (steelnavy.net in this case) or the company the website owner pays to host the actual files of the site.
A "WHOIS" query for SteelNavy.net shows that the domain is paid up until at least January of next year, but that doesn't tell us anything about the hosting.
Typically when I see things like this happen it's because a bill did not get paid and the hosting company has turned off service to try and get the owner to pay up. Sometimes they will redirect to a place holder page that indicates there is a billing problem to try and make it more apparent, but sometimes they just turn the site off and don't really care.
