Alex (aka Drach) does a reasonable job of high level research. He also documents his sources in the comments to the video. Worth 5 to 10 minutes to review.

Good idea!
A friend has that volume of Warship - but unfortunately there is no plan included.
The Willard Archive also do have plans and there is apparently no model of her in the different Merseyside collections.
