Here is a radical and crazy idea, why don't you (and anyone here who hates the President Elect) use the site to talk about making models or talk about models they might have on the work bench instead of - as in this case - taking a not so veiled swipe at Trump because you don't like him.

You don't like Trump? Fine. We get it.

You don't like Biden, or Harris? Fine.

This is supposedly still a free country where we can hold and voice different opinions. But can you please state your political views or Trump bashing on sites that are meant for those purposes? This is a modeling site that is meant for discussions about ship models and topics related to them. NOT to take thinly veiled swipes at a person you might dislike or hate.

I am dying, I've been given up to a year to live, and I've noticed a downward slide in my condition over the past few months. I have come to the conclusion that spending energy on hating Trump or Biden/Harris is just plain stupid and idiotic and so are the ways and lengths Trump and Harris haters will go to display that hatred.

You think that Trump's wanting tariffs will destroy the Earth and life as we know them? BOO-HOO. Get over it and focus on those things in your lives that you can have an impact on!

I've found out that life is way too short to spend it hating that person or this person. It's stupidity at its highest setting! Trump is President again because a vast majority of the American population were tired of, fearful of and sick of the direction the country was going under Biden. Harris did nothing to distance herself from Biden's policies, so it probably would be more of the same ...

Can we PLEASE use the site for what it's meant for ... ie: modeling discussions and NOT political BS?
