As I said before, IF these tariffs go into place, and IF they cause an opportunistic possibility for a business, then it's possible this could happen. No surety in anything I mention.
BTW, there were a few companies in the last term that did move some production back (can't remember which), but they also stopped at least one company (Caterpillar) from off-shoring a factory and instead increasing their domestic production. So, you can say they did serve their purpose.

Moving production to the US was also Trump's dream in his last term. I do not think it worked.
Caused by the reaction to such politics, the producers in the US are hit by tariffs making their exports very expensive (in addition to already very expensive shipping costs from the US).
