Got news for you it’s has been in place for the last 8 years
There has been tariffs on Chinese goods since the 2017 and present administration did not remove them. Toys were not on the tariff list. Why the tariffs went unnoticed in recent years was because the Chinese currency sank faster than the U.S. dollar. The Chinese economy is just as bad off as Europe’s and our own if not worse. The Chinese are heavily in debt, consumer consumption both externally and internally is way down due to inflationary pressures worldwide. Their COVID lockdowns forced buyers to find other suppliers and manufacturers and those buyers have not returned to the Chinese fold. That has nothing to do with tariffs. And for the record tariffs are used as a negotiating tool but not always implemented. So unless you have a crystal ball, I would like the 6 Lotto numbers. Previous Message A 60% tariff on all Chinese-produced items is coming.
