Quick reading shows Tricare For Life is only for retirees on Medicare. Other Tricare services are for those who are not. So, any Navy retiree on Tircare who is not eligible for, or has not signed up for, Medicare is not on Tricare For Life.

My Navy retirement got me routed to Tricare For Life(TFL), which has no annual enrollment fee.
Normally, I just say I am on "Tricare", but the complete fact is that I am on TFL. Are there Navy retirees who are not on TFL?
