I placed an order after the move to Morocco for health reasons (I understand health conditions) knowing it might be slow. Got an email acknowledging my order, time goes by, so I reach out. Inside 24 hours I get an email to the effect that she is waiting on some raw materials to finish my order (OK - it happens).

Yes, it's taking a little while, not an issue since I planned on it taking some time and I like their products. And I have not been charged yet for my order.

My situation, that's all.
