I have this kit, though I haven't started building it yet (see my last comment for why). The seam between the two hull halves is actually quite minimal when push fitted together. Overall, the detail is not too bad, and actually quite good in places, though the deck and hull will need to be filled and rubbed down to remove the printing striations and some of the exaggerated detail. I bought the Eduard P/E set for Ark Royal, which is relatively inexpensive, and has many useful parts for Furious. The biggest problem - and one that I'm still thinking about - is how to paint the integrally printed detail parts. This issue seems especially acute for this kit. I also bought the 3D printed Agincourt and the breakdown of kit parts in this kit makes painting less problematic.
If I was given the choice between a Flyhawk quality IM kit of Furious in 1/350 or the GAGA 3D printed version, I know which one I'd take. However, there are no 1/350 IM kits of Furious, Agincourt, Iron Duke, Renown etc, so I'm pleased that there are now 3D printed options available.
