The kit features Oakland after she got four 40 mm quads (and the torpedo tubes were removed). I think that she could have been the only ship of the class modified in this way.

Tuscon also got 40 mm quads and lost her torpedo tubes (post-war?), but I am not sure if she got four 40 mm quads. I found no photos clearly showing how many quad mountings she had.
